Opening of registration
Registration for the NorWHO 2021 will open on the 1st of April, and closes on the 1st of August.
UPDATE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided NOT to ask for payment until further notice. This means you do not have to pay for anything until public health circumstances are stable. We are monitoring the corona-pandemic closely, and will update you if any further changes are made. You are still welcome to register to become a participant, but you preferably do not have to pay the registration fee for the time being.
Cost and information about the fee
Participation in NorWHO 2021 carries a registration fee of €110 + €4 ( PayPal transaction fee).
The registration fee covers the cost of hosting the conference, expert lectures and workshops, 4 lunches, 4 dinners, 1 gala-dinner, coffee and fruit during the breaks and social programs in the evenings. There will also be a tour around Copenhagen Sunday the 15th of august for those who arrive in Copenhagen the weekend before the conference.
The fee does not cover any of the travel expenses or accommodation in Copenhagen.
Rules for refunding of the registration fee
If you are prevented from participating at NorWHO 2021, it is very important that you cancel your ticket BEFORE the registration deadline on the 1/8 to receive a full refund for your registration fee.
Any cancellation after the 1/8, will be without any refunds.
Please note that you will not get PayPal transaction fee refunded.
Information about funding
Please note that NorWHO is not able to provide any funds to cover travel or accommodation expenses. However, we are happy to send you a letter of enrollment you can use to seek funding on your own. Please let us know how we can be of assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org
NorWHO values the privacy of our participants. We aim to handle all data in accordance with the european GDPR law. IMCC and NorWHO collects information about your name, date of birth, country of origin, food preferences, allergies, subject and place of study. This is done through an online form. This is data is collected in order to prepare for the conference and it is stored on Google Drive. We also utilize Google Analytics in order to optimize the reach of this website. Data shared with google analytics gets deleted after 14 months. All users have the right to get correction of wrong data, insight into their data and deletion of their data. This can be achieved by contacting us.
How to register
- Fill out the online form and submit it
- The organizing committee will carefully read through your application. You
will within 4 days after your payment has been received get a confirmation letter from the organizing committee.
- If you need a letter to the authorities for a visa application please
send an email to email@example.com Subject: [VISA ] and we will assist you with the process. You will get a full refund (minus the transaction fees) if your visa application was not granted given that the application was sent at least 8 weeks before the conference.
