Previous conferences have been held in Montreal and London and have had success among participants who praise it as authentic to the actual World Health Assembly (WHA) held in Geneva every year. In addition, NorWHO is the only conference to supplement the simulation with relevant workshops on topics such as lobbyism, negotiation, and presentation skills with the aim of providing the participants with the tools required to act as WHO-delegates.
NorWHO is an activity within the International Medical Cooperation Committee (IMCC), which is a Danish organization for students interested in health. IMCC is a national member organization of the IFMSA. Visit www.imcc.dk.
